ABOUT US
Our 5-week Phlebotomy and EKG Technician program offers hands-on training two days a week designed to prepare students for success in the healthcare field. Students will receive a CPR certification through American Heart Association which is either included with a class or available separately. The program also includes National Performance Specialists (NPS) certification and preparations for the certification exam offered online and is included in the class price. Our goal is to properly teach students the skills, techniques, and professionalism needed to succeed in the workplace and to confidently pass the certification exam. Students may become eligible for job placement assistance after successfully passing the NPS certification. Deposits are made in different ways to reserve seat and the remaining balance is due on the first day of class unless payment arrangements are made through a third-party financing option.

Meet Your Instructor
Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name is Bridgette Eagle, founder and instructor for Loving Hands 444 Healthcare Training Institute. I was a teenage mother who was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. I have been working in healthcare since I was 18 years old. I have been a CNA for 11 years, a Phlebotomy, EKG, and Patient Care Technician for the past 6 years, and a recent CPR instructor. I completed all of my certifications while on a cane and pregnant, due to an unfortunate car accident which involved the police running me into a church. I am currently in nursing school, where I will receive my ADN in December 2026 and will further my career to attain BSN and MSN. Through the years, I have been through many traumas due to different life circumstances and cancer involving others that were in my life, but I have not given up; instead, I have pushed to become a better version of myself. While working in hospitals, clinics, and outpatient services, I have noticed many things can be done differently, which is a reason why I am now starting my journey as an instructor. At Loving Hands 444 Healthcare Training Institute, we are not here to judge but to prepare you for a better future for yourself and your family. Failure is not an option. I have the knowledge, motivation, and determination to help you succeed in your dreams with professional education and hands-on training. Mission Statement
At Loving Hands 444 Healthcare Training Institute, our mission is to provide quality healthcare training that prepares students to become confident, skilled, and professional healthcare workers. We are committed to teaching proper techniques, safety procedures, patient care skills, and workplace professionalism while following the guidelines and standards of the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE), and American Heart Association (AHA). Our goal is to help every student successfully complete training, pass certification testing, and enter the healthcare field prepared for success.

Classes are held 2 days a week for 5 weeks and are conveniently located on the South Side of Chicago.
Students will receive certification through:

Students who successfully complete the class requirements and pass testing will obtain certification.
Additional class information, including location details and start instructions, will be provided once the student deposit is received. Deposit is required to hold seat there are payment options that can be used through a third party: Afterpay, Klarna, Paypal, Venmo.

Information on where to purchase scrubs can be requested from the institute can use own if in the appropriate color no company logos
General Appearance Requirements

Closed-toe shoes are required at all times

Nails must be no longer than 1½ inches

No false nails allowed

Students must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times

Booking
When booking a class book the first day of class which will include 5 weeks; 2 days a week class days are subject to change will notify in advance.

Deposit is required to Reserve seat for Phlebotomy classes deposits are $350 and for EKG classes deposits $250 remaining balance due first day of class receipt will be sent out once payment received if done through third party can take up to 1-3 days booking confirmation and location information will be emailed once successful
Students will have access to NPS Certification website a week before class start
